Bolt Plan Detail Components
The Bolt Plan component is one family and type with instance parameters that let you:
- Show bolt or nut end, hex head or socket head.
- Square or Round washer, turn the Washer on or off.
Bolt Elevation Detail Components
- Shank and shoulder lengths are adjustable by grip editing.
- Show a standard nut, thin nut or turn the nut off.
- A spring washer is indicated by the diagonal marks. If you turn the washer off, the nut will move accordingly.
- You can also hide the lines for the shank. If you prefer to see hidden lines for the shank this is easily done by editing the family and changing the linework to a different object style.
- One family with a comprehensive range of head types that all behave in a similar fashion.
Insert Bolt Elevation Detail Components
- Show as either an Anchor or Sleeve bolt.
Hook Bolt Elevation Detail Components
- Similar to the bolt with grips to adjust the hook length and a flip control.
Screw Elevation Detail Components
- The screw size is nominal and changes automatically based on the length of the screw.
- Countersunk or Round head with or without washer.
Coach Screw Elevation Detail Components
- Similar to the bolts for the head washer and size.
Nail Elevation Detail Components
- Similar to Screws and they will size automatically based on their length.
- Jolt head or a Flat head.
Symbolic
- We have also included a symbolic fixing component which is basically a line with a dot at each end.
